Happy Friday once again people! Let’s get started with some good old drum & bass!
First is this new Moon Boots release. I’ve never heard of them before this song, and in the span of three days I have begun to hope there is more to come from them.
Codec has been making a ton of remixes since the turn of the year, and the ever increasing amount of solid tunes do nothing but reaffirm their talent level. The drop on “Closer than close” is dope and has a retro Rosie Gaines sample to boot.
Sivey’s “Cause and effect” is off-beat masterpiece. The synths remind me of Ryan Hemsworth’s recent releases.
This Kaytranada remix is groovy as hell, and Teedra Moses is a crooner.
You may have also wanted to hear the new James Blake that came out on Radio 1 yesterday afternoon.
